Meet Mrs. Clara
Intentional, Reflective, and Passionate About Purposeful Learning
Clara’s path to the Montessori classroom began with motherhood, curiosity, and a deep respect for how children learn. She brings clarity, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose to her role as Lead Guide in the Primary Studio.

About Mrs. Clara
Clara Montanez leads the Primary Studio at Sage Academy with heart, purpose, and an unwavering belief in each child’s potential. Her journey to Montessori began in 2021, shortly after becoming a mother. What started as a curiosity about the method quickly grew into a calling.
With a background in communication and customer service, Clara developed strong interpersonal skills early in her career, first as a translator and later as a licensed insurance agent. But it was the transition into motherhood—and a growing desire to work in a more meaningful, child-centered environment—that brought her to Montessori.
Since joining the Spark Program in 2024, Clara has embraced her role with quiet strength, careful observation, and a thoughtful approach to guiding young learners.
