Meet Mrs. Beth
Empathetic Leader, Lifelong Educator, and Montessori Advocate
With over a decade of classroom experience and a passion for Montessori philosophy, Beth leads the Spark Program with heart, wisdom, and clarity of vision.

About Beth
Beth joined the team at Sage Academy Spark as Program Director in 2024—but her journey with the school began long before that. After earning her Early Childhood (3–6) Certification from the North American Montessori Center, she began teaching at Lake Granbury Montessori Academy in 2010. For nearly 12 years, Beth nurtured learners through hands-on, child-led education in the Primary classroom.
Coming from a long line of educators, Beth’s love for teaching started early. While other kids played house, Beth played school—and never stopped. In 2022, she felt called to step away from the classroom, closing that chapter with a full heart. But as it turned out, her story at the school wasn’t finished. In 2024, she returned—this time as Director of the Spark Program.
Now, Beth brings her teaching roots and leadership strengths together to support a vibrant learning community where both children and educators thrive.
What She Loves About Early Childhood
Holds a Montessori Early Childhood (3–6) Certification from NAMC
12 years of teaching experience in the Primary classroom
Beth believes early childhood is a sacred window of time—a season for laying the emotional, cognitive, and social foundation that supports lifelong learning. With years of experience guiding 3–6-year-olds, she deeply understands the pace, rhythms, and needs of young children and now channels that knowledge into creating a nurturing, aligned experience for both guides and families.
Passionate about teacher support and educational leadership
“Montessori education honors the individual, respects the process, and trusts the child. That’s the kind of community I want to help grow and protect.” — Beth
